At first peel the karela, cut in peices and boil in salty water for 5 min.

Now in a pan heat the mustard oil

Now add cumin seed, fennel seed, mustard seed, and fenugreek seed.

Now put onion paste.saute well. cook 5-6 min.

Now add tomato puree

Cook well 5-6 min.

Now add all spices, cook 3-4 min.

Now add peanut powder. Mix well and cook 2 min.

Now filling is ready.

Remove seeds from karela and fill the filling.

Heat oil in another pan and put all karela in it.

Cook for 10 min, bharwa karela are ready.
