Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoak dal and chana sprouted
  2. 1Onion medium
  3. pinchHing
  4. 1 table spoonRed chilli Powder
  5. 1Green chilli
  6. 2 table spoonDhania powder
  7. PinchHaldi powder.
  8. 2 cupcurd
  9. 3 cupbajara flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan.. Add 1/2 refined oil

  2. 2

    Add pinch of hing, pieces of green chilli, chopped onions and mix gently.

    Add1/2 salt pinch of haldi and sprouts then add some water and leave. 5 to 10 mints in low medium

  4. 4

    Then after. Take 2 cup curd. In add pinch haldi, 1/2 salt, 2table spoon dhania powder, 1table spoon red chilli, hing

  5. 5

    Mix all the indegrients gentle and the after few minutes in. Low medium add mixture an then mix gently. Leave again 2to. 4 minutes. And sprouts are ready to serve.

    Take a bajre flour and dough tightly.

  7. 7

    Make a ball and blend smoothly

  8. 8

    Take a pan and bake in low medium on both side

  9. 9

    Then brushing with ghee serve bajre roti
