Ingredients

  • 4potatoes boiled
  • 4garlic cloves grated
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 spoondry mango powder
  • 1/2 spoongaram masala
  • 1 spoonginger chilli paste
  • 1/8 spoonmustard seeds
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1 pinchcarom seeds
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • As neededRefined oil
  • 4pav buns
  • 2green chillies fried
  • As requiredKanda lahsun dry chutney

Steps

10 minuted
  1. 1

    Mix gram flour,salt carom seeds and water and make a thick batter

  2. 2

    Heat 1 spoon oil in wok

  3. 3

    Add mustard seeds,ginger chilli paste and garlic

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes,salt and spices

  5. 5

    Mix well and let it cool

  6. 6

    Make small tikki and dip in gram flour batter

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil

  8. 8

    Cut buns from middle and put vada inside it

  9. 9

    Serve with fried chilli and kanda lahsun chutney
