Ingredients

45 mins
4 servings
  1. Waterleaves (2 big bunch)
  2. Washed and squeezed bitterleaves (3 handfuls)
  3. 1/2kilo Pomo
  4. 1/2kilo Beef
  5. Dried fish
  6. Ogiri (1 wrap)
  7. Palm oil
  8. Crayfish
  9. 15 piecesGreen Unripe scotch bonnet pepper
  10. Seasoning
  11. 1medium Onions
  12. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat,dried fish and pomo with sliced onion, seasoning cubes and salt until tender

  2. 2

    Make sure the meatstock is almost dried and thick then pick out the meat and pomo leaving the thick stock in the pot

  3. 3

    Add the blended pepper, ogiri and crayfish then stir and let it cook for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add little palm oil and stir then add the

  5. 5

    Mainwhile, wash and squeeze the waterleaves and set in a sieve to drain

  6. 6

    Add the washed and squeezed bitterleaves to the stock on fire

  7. 7

    Stir and let it cook for 4minutes

  8. 8

    Add some more palm oil and stir

  9. 9

    Then add the squeezed waterleaves and stir then add back the beef and pomo with dried fish

  10. 10

    Taste for seasoning and add more palm oil and stir well then leave to cook for 4minutes and set down
