Put flour in a bowl, add in salt and sugar

Add warm water and knead with your thumbs until it comes together but it doesn't become to hard but also it should not stick on your fingers.

Let it rest for 20 minutes, here it becomes soft.

After 20minutes, divide the dough into 10 to 13. Depending on the thickness of the chapati you want the size of chapati you want.

Then roll the chapo dough into a circular shape. Then spread oil on top and fold it out into a rope like and make it into a bowl. Do this for the rest of the dough.

Let it rest for 5 minutes then serve. Then roll it again into a flat dough, make sure your heavy pan is already in heat. Put the chapati it in the Pan, first dry it then apply oil and cook it until golden brown each side.
