Steps

Wash and marinate the keema with salt,turmeric powder, red chilli Powder,garam masala powder,hung curd,ginger garlic paste and oil.keep aside for 30 minutes

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

As it crackle add chopped onions,saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As the onions are brown add ginger garlic paste and saute

Now add the Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add cumin coriander powder,red chilli Powder and saute well till oil separates

Add marinated keema and saute well

Cover and cook stirring occasionally

As the keema is soft add moist,potatoes are tender beat the curd well and add into it

Add sugar and garam masala powder
