Heat a small kadai or pan. Once hot add the urad dal, chanadal, cumin, fenugreek, coriander seeds, garlic cloves with skin, byadgi chillies, coconut and 6 guntur chillies.

The fragnance of each and every spice will release and your kitchen will smell awesome. The coconut shud turn a light yellow/brown. Turn off stove and cool the ingredients.

Once cool. Powder in mixer/blender. Let it be a little coarse. Keep aside.

Take a kadai. Once hot pour oil. Add mustard seeds. Let it sputter. Now add the peanuts. Fry until it turns brownish. Then add the curry leaves and remaining guntur chillies (break them).

Now add the rice. Stir well and add 4 spoons of the powder. Add salt according to your taste.Mix well and check taste. Add powder and salt accordingly.

Cover kadai and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off stove, squeeze in the lemon juice, mix well and serve hot.
