Ingredients

  • Fish fillet
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • Hand cut fries(slightly bigger)
  • Steamed traditional veggies

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the fish in Salt and pepper, lemon and let sit for 20 mins

  2. 2

    Place the fillets in seasoned flour and shallow fry till browned

  3. 3

    Fry the chips till crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve with traditional veggies and a fish stock.
