Take a deep kadhal. Put oil in it. When the oil gets heated put the boiled eggs Into it. Fry the eggs for 2-3 mins. Than take them out.

In the same kadhai add all the dry masalas. Then add haldi powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder. Add saute for a min.

Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 mins. Now add the onion puree and mix well.

Cook on medium flame for 5 mins. Then add the tomato puree.

Mix well and saute for 3-4 mins. Now add the red chilli powder, garam masala and mix and cook for 2 mins.now add water and cook for 3mins.now add the fried eggs into the gravy and cook for 2-3 mins on a low flame.

Serve with hot steamed rice
