Clean the fresh fish, place in a pot, add onions, salt, seasoning, ginger, garlic, cubes and allow to simmer.

Blend your fresh pepper and tomatoes. Pour in a pot to boil until it's dry without water. Pour your groundnut oil in a clean dry pan, place on Cooker, add your onions, stir fry, add your boiled pepper and tomatoes, stir, add your tin tomatoes. Allow to boil, add your steamed fresh fish, add seasoning, cubes, salt to taste. Let it simmer well and keep aside.

Cut yams into pieces as you like. Put in a cooking pot, wash the very ripe plantain, cut into two or three pieces depending on the size of the plantain. Add salt. Cover the pot and allow to boil.
