Knead the Paneer well.

In a non stick pan add Paneer and then add Sugar and then stir it till all the water of sugar and paneer burns away and when it starts to dry add Grated Khoya and add Ghee.

On a slow flame stir it and when it starts to thicken and starts to leave the pan add Elaichi Powder.

Distribute this mixture to 3 parts.

In one part add Pista Essence and mix it on a stove for 2 minutes.

In the second part add rose essence and then mix on stove for 2 minutes.

In the third part add the Saffron which must be dissolved in the Milk.

Take a greased tray and put the rose flavoured layer and then flatter the layer.Now put the Saffron layer on top of it and then flatten it as well.Finally put the Pista layer on top and flatten it as well.

Let this set for 2-3 hours.

Apply silver Varakh to it.

Cut the Barfi into square pieces.Now cut the square into half from the edges to make a triangle piece.You may serve as a square piece if you want.
