Ingredients

  1. 3-4 piecessoya chaap
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 100 gmcream
  6. 3-4 tbspoil
  7. Pinchhing
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1cinnamon
  14. 2cloves
  15. 4-5black pepper
  16. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut soya chaap into pieces.

    Shallow fry the chaap.flip the sides once they brown from beneath.

    Make paste of ginger, tomatoes and green chilli.

  4. 4

    Now make gravy. Heat the kadai and add hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and whole garam masala.

    Saute the masala and add tomatoes paste.also add chilli powder and saute the masala until oil starts seprate from it.

    Add garam masala and cream. When masala start boiling add water. Add soya chaap.

    Now mix it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Soya chaap is ready.garnish with coriander leaves.
