Take bowl, add mashed sweet potato and chestnut flour in it and make soft dough of it.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan, make small balls of the dough and deep fry them in medium hot oil till it becomes brown.

Prepare a thin sugar syrup by adding cardmom in it and dip those fried balls in and allow to rest for 1-2 hours.

Your sweet potato gulab jamun is ready now.
