Ingredients

  • 2Ripe Bananas Mashed (1.25 cups)
  • 2 cupsQuick Oats
  • 2/3 cupPeanut Butter
  • Optional
  • 1 PacketStevia to make a bit Sweeter
  • 1-2 tbspMaple syrup
  • 1/2 tspSea salt
  • 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cupchocolate chips or chopped nuts, raisins, dried cranberries. Up to 1/2 cup if you wish to mix / match

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Mash Ripe Bananas to a paste.

  3. 3

    Add remainder of ingredients and options, mix well.

  4. 4

    Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheet, shaping in form of a cookie.

  5. 5

    Bake 12-15 minutes, or till firm and slightly brown.
