Steps

Heat oil in a pan or pressure cooker add mustard and cumin seeds. Add cinnamon and clove powder add ginger garlic paste saute.

Add onion, chilli, salt and fry till onion till it become translucent add peas and methi leaves fry till raw smell goes.

Add chopped tomatoes, pepper and sambhar powder and saute

Add washed rice and mix add ghee and mix well.

Add 2 cups of water and cook till rice is done or pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Add chopped coriander and mix serve with curd raita.
