Ingredients

  • 1 kgPrawns (with tails shell removed)
  • 1 cupAll Purpose Flour
  • pinchOrange Colour
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste
  • 1Lemon juice
  • dashWhite Pepper
  • dashBlack Pepper
  • 3Red Chillies (soaked in hot water)
  • 1 tbspTomato Sauce
  • 1 tspChilli Sauce
  • 1 tspGarlic Sauce
  • 3-4 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspYeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawns in salt, lemon juice and garlic paste for 3 hours.
    In a big bowl put flour, little salt, peppers, baking powder and yeast then mix with little water to sticky dough add prawns and mix well.
    Deep fry putting each prawn at a time till nice and crispy.

    Prepare Sauce:
    Grind soaked chillies, mayonnaise and sauces or can pound chillies and mix with mayonnaise and sauces.
    Toss over prawns and serve with lettuce leaves on sides, serve as you make them.
