Clean and chop tomatoes, capsicum and onions. Grind the garlic and ginger

Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions until golden brown then add the tomatoes, capsicum,garlic,ginger

Add tomato paste and the pilau masala and keep stirring, add in your rice and mix until it's covered in the paste

Add 3 cups of boiling water, stir and cover to cook

Serve hot with kachumbari and a glass of juice,enjoy
