Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. lentejas (lentils) (2 big soup spoon)
  2. Garlic (3garlic teeth)
  3. Dry California Chile (2)
  4. Knorr: Cal do con savor de pollo (2 teaspoons)
  5. Onion (1/4)
  6. Potato (3)
  7. salt if needed

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the lentejas.

  2. 2

    Put water in a large pot to boil.

  3. 3

    Cook 2 chills California in a small pot with water.

  4. 4

    Once done cooking, blend the Chile with 3 pealed garlic teeth.

  5. 5

    Add to large pot with lentejas.

  6. 6

    Peal the cut the potatoes.

  7. 7

    Add 2 teaspoons of knorr, stir then let boil.

  8. 8

    Taste to see if it needs salt. Add by small amounts if needed.

    Add cut potatoes to the large pot.

  10. 10

    Cut 1/4 of an onion and cut in small pieces.

  11. 11

    Add 1/4 teaspoon oil to pan and fry the onion pieces.

    Add to the large pot.

  13. 13

    Wait 10-15min. Check if the potatoes become soft.
