Steps

Heat a pan and dry roast cashew nuts on low heat for 5 mins.

In a bowl boil sugar and water on medium heat until you achieve a one thread consistency.

Pour thick sugar syrup over the dry roasted cashew nuts.

Mix it with a flat spatula until the sugar syrup is well coated on the cashew nuts.

Cashew nuts may stick together. So sperate each cashew nuts.

Now sprinkle til (sesame)over it and mix it well again.

Keep it aside for half an hour.

Store it in an air tight container.
