Steps

Take a lukewarm water to activate dry yeast. Keep aside.

Knead flour with oil, milk, gradually add hot water. Knead it well.

Now, pour in the yeast. Knead till it becomes soft. If needed, add some dry flour.

When the kneaded flour will be ready as dough, put it in a bake tin, cover with moist cloth (cloth shouldn't touch flour, and enough space should be there for rising).

Cover the bake tin, keep for 1 hour. After the dough is raised, almost double in size, knead it again and after that cover it.

After one hour, take the bake tin, spread the shredded cheese over the raised dough.

Preheat oven @200°C for 5 min. Take the dough.

Put it in oven @180° C for 20 min. It's ready.
Serve.
