Peel yam, cut and wash. Peel onions, and wash with tomato and peppers. Ground coarsely. Prel Peel, wash and dice onions

Hest pressure pot, add oil once hot add onions, paste and season. Add your minced garlic and ginger. Stir. Add your yam. Add water to cover yam. Stir. Checks taste and cover.

Let the pressure pot do the work... And when done... Run under water open, sprinkle some basil and mash.
