In a pan put dhaniya seeds, jeera,sup, kalimirchi,bay leaf, dalchini, cloves,dry red chilli.all the ingredients roasted in low flame and grind it masala powder is ready

In a pan put oil and fry the paneer for 5 min and keep aside in the same pan add oil and put onion fry for 2 min then add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 min then add salt and then cook for 5 min and put in the mixer and grind it and add grind masala and add amchur powder and add water and grind it gravy is ready

In a pan put ghee and heat and then add onions, and Shimla mirchi and fry for 2 min and then add gravy fry for 5 min then add chilli powder and add salt to taste and add fresh cream and add panner and add methi leaves and fry for 2 min and off the flame.

Delicious kadai panner is ready and Granish with carionder leaves.

Serve with Naan and Roti.yummy kadai paneer is ready.
