Steps
- 1
Take a wide bowl. Add refined flour (maida), salt, 2 tbsp oil and fenugreek leaves (methi). Mix them properly.
- 2
Knead it to a smooth and tight dough by adding water as required. Cover it and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
- 3
Make small balls of the dough, equal in size. Roll out each ball into small circle (puri).
- 4
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep fry the prepared methi puris on a medium heat until light brown.
- 5
Drain and place on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
