  • Salt
  • 3Ripe plantain
  • 1/4 cupRed oil
  • 1Onion
  • 2cksp Crayfish
  • 4Pepper
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • 2 cubesStar

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil beans and rinse.

  2. 2

    Boil the beans add ginger,garlic and onion boil untill is soft.

  3. 3

    Add crayfish,pepper,plantain,salt,star cubes after 10minutes add red oil.stir with a spartula and simmer for 3minutes.
