Mix all the dry ingredients and add water and mix until incorporated. Place the mixture on a floured surface knead lightly. Place in a covered glass dish in a warm place to rise for an hour.
Once risen fold in the Rosemary and shape into tennis ball sizes. Line the bottom of a bamboo steamer before placing your dough. Let it cook over the Pot for 15 minutes before placing the next batch. - 2
Set the pot on medium heat and brown the meat before setting it aside.

Lightly satué the onion before adding the spice letting it blend for 2 more minutes then add the meat back into the pot.

Add the stock and lower the heat and let the meat cook.

After 40 minutes, add the can of tomato paste and simmer for 10 more minutes on low heat serve with the dumpling.
