Ingredients

  • 200naira okra
  • 50naira dawadawa
  • 50naira ugba
  • 3balls of pepper
  • 1full TSP of crayfish
  • Meat
  • Okporoko (stockfish)
  • 2 piecesdry fish (washed and deboned)
  • Seasoning cubes (if you like) and salt
  • Palm oil
  • Uziza seed (or leaf if you prefer)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your okra into bits, pound your uziza seed. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Season and boil meat, okporoko and dry fish till cooked.

  3. 3

    Add pounded pepper, uziza seed, ugba and dawadawa. Bring to a fierce boil

  4. 4

    Add oil, adjust taste accordingly.

  5. 5

    Add your okro and make sure it doesn't overcook. Add your uziza leaf if you opted for it instead of the seed.

  6. 6

    Turn off the heat and serve with hot swallow of choice.
