Cut out pastry rounds and make a high border with the scraps. Glaze with beaten egg and bake at 180 for about 20-25 mins. Leave to cool

Cut avocado and put in a bowl. Add drained tuna and lemon juice. Mix and mash all together til you have a sort of paste. Add a pinch of salt. Add mixture to vol a vent and serve :)
