A Nigerian Egusi soup

Boil your meat and stock fish

Pour the red palm oil into a dry pot and set on fire

Add your Egusi and start to stir the Egusi on low to medium heat
- 4
Add meat/ fish stock (water from cooking meat,dry fish and stock fish)

Add seasonings and pepper into your pot of soup

Cover the pot and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add your vegetables and live it for about 2 to 3 minutes and then your soup is ready.

You can serve it with either semo,Eba, pounded yam or fufu.
