Combine flour, sugar, b/p, and salt

In another bowl, mix together egg, milk, 4tbsp of oil and the smashed bananas

Add in flour mixture into the banana mixture to form a batter

Heat a lightly oil frying pan over a medium high heat

Pour in the batter into the pan using about ¼ cup for each pancake
- 6
Cook until golden brown on both sides and it's done. These can be eaten with melted chocolate, nutella or strawberry jam.
