Boil the beef with maggi and onions

Water the scent leave and ugu. First add the scent leave before the ugu. And steam for few minutes.

Take a desired quantity of stew into a pot, add water, locust beans, Red oil and allow to boil.

Mix the grounded egusi and onions with water. Add it to the boiling water little by little.

Cover it and allow to cook and form into Ball. Uncover it and use spoon to press the egusi into little parts.

Pour the cooked beef, add cubes of maggi and little Salt to taste.

Boil water and make the eba.
