Preparation of methi bhaji muthiya- take 1cup fresh methi bhaji add salt, green chilli paste, haldi, little bit of sugar, jawar aata, little amount of wheat aata. Mix well. Sprinkle little amount of water & make muthiya. Fry in low flame.

Mix all masala except ajwain and baking Soda.

Put slit on banana and baigan. Stuff the masala in it. Remaining masala is mix with all vegetables.

Put oil in cooker. Put ajwain & baking Soda. Add all Veggies and stir. Add 4-5 tbsp water and close the lid.

Give 2-3 whistles. Switch off the gas and remove the pressure. Open the lid.

Decorate with green garlic and coriander leaves. (If you don't open the lid immediately than papdi becomes yellow in colour).
