2 cupssuji
3 cupscurd
1/2 cupwater
1 tspSalt
1 packeteno
2chopped onions
2chopped capsicums
2chopped tomatoes
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
2lemon juice
1 tspRai/mustard seeds

Steps

Take a bowl and mix suji,curd,water,salt, Rai and leave for 1 hour

Add eno to it and take idli stand and put batter into it and prepare idli
3

Take oil in a pan and fry the vegetable and add spices to it and add idli to it and add lemon juice and serve hot with tomato sauce
