Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin

Cut mushroom in to small pieces

Make a paste of onion,tomato,green chilli and ginger garlic
- 4
Add gravy in to hot oil cook it well add dry masalas and cook it well
- 5
Add mushroom and matar (peas) into it and add 1 glass water and close the cooker
- 6
After 2 whistle low the flame, cook it for 15 minutes
- 7
Now off the flame our bhaji is ready to serve
