Wash offal's well, pour in pot, add crushed garlic, ginger, onions (in big chunks), anise seeds, oregano, rosemary and maggi. Allow to cook well. The spices can be found in satchet in markets or in condiments bottles. Was lucky to get them in satchet after long search. These spices are the heart of the recipe.

Wash and blend fresh pepper, tomato and onions. Pour it into the cooked offals.

Cut out of the uyayak and add to the pot, stir and cover with lid to cook well.. Be careful of salt because of the spices. Let all spices flavour food before adding salt.

Serve with your choice. Sip alone or with tuwo which is Ghanaian favorite with this soup or rice.
