Methi Masala Paneer

A dhaba style paneer gravy with the strong flavour of kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves) which is balanced with fried onion paste,which gives the gravy a creamy caramelized flavour.

A dhaba style paneer gravy with the strong flavour of kasuri methi(dried fenugreek leaves) which is balanced with fried onion paste,which gives the gravy a creamy caramelized flavour.
Steps

Heat a pan,put 1 tablespoon oil and fry the sliced onions becomes golden brown.once it's cool make fine paste.

In same pan add the remaining oil and the whole garam masala. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds. Then add fried onion paste and fry for some more seconds.

Then add the tomato puree,all powdered masala salt and and mix well. Then add the kasuri methi and fry for few seconds.

Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on low flame

Then add the paneer cubes,water and mix wel. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.

Serve it with chapati or rice.
