Cut potatoes into pieces, Make puree of tomatoes, Chopped ginger, Wash Peas.

Take cooker. Add refined oil, then Hing, crackle the jeera. Add Tomatoes puree, ginger and all other spices leaving salt. Cook it till oil separates from the puree. Then add Potatoes, Peas, water as required and salt. Pressure cook till 1 whistle. Then simmer the flame for 8-10 mins. Ready to serve with paranthas. If u like to add u can add amchur powder after it is done.
