Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 12mini sweet bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  2. 1/4 cfinely chopped celery
  3. 1-1/2 tspgrated lemon rind
  4. 2 Tfresh lemon juice
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 8 ozlump crab meat, shell pieces removed
  8. 3 ozwhipped cream cheese, softened
  9. 1 Tminced fresh chives

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat grill to high heat.

  2. 2

    Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Arrange peppers cut sides up on grill rack, cover and cook 4 min. or until well marked.

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chives; mix well. Spoon mixture into pepper halves. Sprinkle with chives.
