Porridge beans and plantain
I just love beans.
Steps

Wash beans and put in the pot to cook for an hour

Parboil by removing water and put back in the pot
- 3
Add onions and water and leave to get more soft
- 4
Add fresh pepper, palm oil and seasoning. Cover so the water can get dry,break the beans with a wooden spatula and allow to simmer. Your dish is ready.

Slice plantain and deep fry in hot oil
