Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gflour
  • 280 literluke warm milk
  • 9 ginstant yeast
  • 3egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 70 gmelted butter
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a clean bowl add the warm milk, yeast, egg yolk and honey keep it aside and allow it to rise for 15min

  2. 2

    Sieve the flour baking powder and pinch of salt add it to the wet ingredients and mix it well transfer the mixture on clean surface knead well until your hands comes out clean beat the dough for some minutes, roll it up and cut into doughnut shapes and allow it to rise until it double it size

    Fry in hot oil until golden brown, serve with juice of choice
