In a bowl put the maida add 1 teaspoon oil and mix well and add water gradually to make the dough, the dough should be medium soft. Cover it and keep aside for some time

Make the filling. In a bowl take the chicken paste and add chopped green onion, chopped onion, garlic paste, chopped ginger, black pepper, salt 1 teaspoon oil and mix well

Make balls from the dough. Roll one ball in thin flat chapati

Cut the chapati in puri size or the size you you prefer with a cookie cutter or a bowl. Put the stuffing in the middle.

Fold two opposite side together as shown in the picture, then another two opposite side together and stick the four ends.

Brush little oil on the steamer plate and put the momos on it

Boil water in the steamer and put the momo plate on it and cover it. Steam it for 15 minutes.
