Collect all ingredients. By mixing various ingredients with normal dosa batter,we can make these colour dosas.

Let's see how to make a carrot dosa-: to a mixie jar,add cleaned carrot peices,1 red dry chilli,½ tsp cumin seed and grind it into a smooth paste. Add this paste to the dosa batter. Add desired salt and mix. Mix the batter. Heat pan, pour ⅓ cup batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it. Orange colour dosa is ready for serve.

Let's see how to make a spinach dosa-: to a mixie jar,add cleaned chopped spinach leaves,coriander leaves,1 green chilli,⅓ tsp cumin seed and grind it into a smooth paste. Add this paste to the dosa batter. Add desired salt and mix. Mix the batter. Heat pan, poure ⅓ cup batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it. Green colour dosa is ready for serve.

Let's see how to make a beetroot dosa-: to a mixie jar, add chopped beetroot, 2 dry red chilli,⅓ tsp cumin seed and grind it into a smooth paste. Ads this paste to the dosa batter. Add desired salt and mix. Mix the batter. Heat pan, poure ⅓ cup batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip it. Pink colour dosa is ready for serve.

For yellow colour dosa, take normal dosa batter, add salt and ⅛ tsp turmeric powder for colour,mix it. Heat pan,pour batter and spread it. Sprinkle oil,cook for some time and flip it. Dosa is ready.

For potato stuffing-: use boiled and peel off potato, slightly mashed. Take a pan or kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil for heat. When oil is heat,then add musterd sees,curry patta,sliced green chilli,hing and sliced onion. Fry it. When onion is pinkish in colour,add ¼ tsp turmeric powder mix well. Add boiled mashed potato and salt. Mix it well. Dosa potato is ready for filling.

For sambhar-: collect all ingredients for make a sambhar. Take a pressure cooker,add toor dal and all veggie with sambhar masala,hing & salt. Cover with lid in low flame with 2 to 3 whistles. Now turned off flame add ½ cup soaked tamarind water in sambhar. Add tadka on sambhar.put tadka pan,add 1 tbsp oil for heat. Add some mustard seed,hing, 1 red dry chilli,hing,¼ tsp sambhar masala and ¼ tsp kashmiri lal mirch for tadka with curry leaves.

Variety of crispy and healthy dosa is ready for serve. Serve with chitney and sambhar.
