Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken Kaleeji
  2. 1/2 kgTomatoes
  3. 2 tbspGinge garlic paste
  4. 1 tspTurmeric
  5. 1/2 cupOil
  6. 1 tbspRed chili powder
  7. 4-6Green chilies
  8. Fenegureek leaves 1 tsp
  9. 1 tspCorainder powder
  10. 1 tspCumin powder
  11. 1 tspGaram Masala powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 2 tbspYogurt
  14. leavesCorainder
  15. Ginger juiline cut
  16. Green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil, Gingee garlc paste and fry.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and all spices,mx well until the tomatoes add mix all.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt and Chicken kaleji, Cook on medium flame.

  4. 4

    At the end, add ginger, corainder leaves and green chillies.

  5. 5

    Chicken kaleji karahi is ready
