Rinse Quinoa in fine mesh seive. Bring Quinoa and Chicken Broth to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Rinse Lentils. Bring Lentils and Chicken Broth to boil, partially cover, and simmer on medium low for 25 to 30 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix cooked Quinoa, cooked Lentils, Cannelli Beans, Bell Peppers, Onions, Celery, and Olives.

For dressing mix Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Oregano, and Garlic Powder. Pour mixture over Quinoa mixture and mix well.
