This is my native soup. It is very nutritious, rich and delicious 😋 it is loved by all and sundry across Nigeria and beyond.
Steps

Allow the cocoyam to melt in the soup and add your dry fish, crayfish, dry pepper, seasoning cubes, and perriwinkles and ogiri. Allow to cook for few minutes

Clean your cocoyam and palm fruits, wash and boil together till tender.

Wash your beef, kpomo, and stock fish. Season with cubes and salt and boil till tender.

Squeeze oil out of your palmfruits using warm water and pour to the boiling protein. Allow to boil.

Pound / blend your cocoyam to a paste and add to the boiling stock scooping it in bits

Allow the cocoyam to melt in the soup and add your dry fish, crayfish, dry pepper, seasoning cubes, Ogiri, perriwinkles, and sait to taste.

Cook for few minutes and add your Oha and Uziza leaves and allow to cook for
