KFC Inspired Crispy Chicken Burger

This is inspired by KFC's Zinger burger. It's nice to make it yourself; the chicken is bigger, and the frying oil is cleaner... It's easy, just make the chicken, and you can buy the burger buns and other ingredients ready-made. I use boneless chicken thigh fillets, but you can use breast if you prefer, though I like thighs better. 😆
