Chicken Curry Chicken Curry
People make all sorts of curries. Some add coconut milk, some add cream & others vary the spices. When the chicken is half cooked, you can taste the gravy & add salt or spices according to your wish. If you want a less spicy curry reduce the quantity of the powders used. You can even add coconut milk. Curries never taste the same. Let's try this one for a change. Pen Friend -

Chicken Curry Chicken Curry
My husband requested this dish so I tried it out. I managed to cook this in a short time -- it was surprisingly easy!-Please simmer the chicken until it becomes tender. Please skim off the scum!-I use spicy curry roux for my family. If you are using sweet curry roux, add ketchup to your liking.-I recommend adding heavy cream or coffee creamer to make the taste mild. For 3 servings. Recipe by Tomomaki0313 cookpad.japan -
