California Farm Tempeh Bean Cake BreadMaker-Air Fryer California Farm Tempeh Bean Cake BreadMaker-Air Fryer
I am trying to make garbanzo bean tempeh in my breadmaker and my airfryer. The breadmaker separates the soaked beans and hulls with its dough cycle. The airdryer ferments the beans in 12 hours at 88F degrees in my cold kitchen. My previous attempts to make tempeh from soja beans failed. This recipe is adapted from cook pad member Marumo. Thank you Marumo. Hobby Horseman -
Gluten-Free Vegetarian Cake Salé Gluten-Free Vegetarian Cake Salé
I came up with recipe for cake salé that those with wheat or gluten allergies can eat.For gluten-free flour, I recommend the following: 1/3 cup tapioca flour, 2/3 cup katakuriko, 2 cups brown or white rice flour, and 1 teaspoon xanthan or guar gum (if available). This recipe uses only 375 ml, so you will have some leftover. Recipe by Maxerbear cookpad.japan -

My Vanilla Chiffon Cake My Vanilla Chiffon Cake
Standard Chiffon cake. Vanilla beans and milk are necessary. If you whip the egg whites first, they can wait in the refrigerator. If the milk is warm, the cake will expand too much, so cold milk is good.Adding vanilla beans and milk together increases the deliciousness and the aroma. You absolutely must put them in. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Hanpen Fish Cake Sandwich with Chicken and Green Onions Hanpen Fish Cake Sandwich with Chicken and Green Onions
I had a bunch of leftover scraps of minced chicken and hanpen fishcakes, so I tried combining what I had in my fridge.I got caught up on whether or not to fry these, but I decided to cook these up simply and healthily. You don't cut an opening in Step 2, and cut it completely in half to make sandwiches.Scrambling the leftover egg mixture and using it as a topping might be nice.
