It is important to serve the salad warm so as to bring out the flavours of the sesame and coriander although this is listed as a starter it also would make a great lunch meal

Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl

Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish, and pour on half the dressing.

Refrigerate overnight and put the balance of the dressing in the fridge until required

Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes in boiling water, thank all under running cold water to stop them cooking any further.

Ted the lettuce leaves into small pieces mix all the other salad ingredients and the bacon together.

Arrange all these in individual serving dishes

Grilled the chicken breast until cooked through, then slice them diagonally into fairly thin pieces

Divide between the bowls of salad and add some dressing to each dish

Combine quickly and scatter some fresh coriander over each bowl
