  • Sweet potato
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Palm oil
  • Onion
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Garlic
  • Alayyahu
  • Cray fish
  • Smoked fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend onion, Scotch bonnet, tomato to taste..

  2. 2

    In a pot, add palm oil and the blend onion mixture, seasoning and spices... Cook till the mixture begins to fry..

  3. 3

    Add smoked fish and cray fish and the peeled sweet potato then add water.

    Allow to cook on medium heat till the sweet potatoes are cooked through... Add Alayyahu and cook for more 4-5mins then serve and enjoy!!!
