  1. Ingredients of kachori dough:
  2. 2 cupWhite flour
  3. 2 tbspghee
  4. Salt half tsp
  5. Water as required
  6. Kachori filling:
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 429 gmchicken mince
  9. Red chilli pwder 1tsp level
  10. Salt 1tsp level
  11. Bhunna kutta zeera half tsp
  12. 1 tspdhania pwder
  13. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  14. 1chopp onion
  15. 1 cubecutting tomato
  16. 3chopp green chillies
  17. 1 tspAll spices pwder
  18. Paste:
  19. 2 tbspwhite flour
  20. 2.5 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Pan me 2tbsp oil lain, ginger garlic paste 1tbsp add kr k fry kr lain.

    429 gm chicken mince add kr fry kr lain.red chilli 1tsp level,salt 1tsp level

    Roasted & crushed zeera half tsp, all spices pwder 1tsp, dhania pwder 1tsp

    Salt 1tsp

    Add tomato 1, mix well and cover for 10 mints, green chillies chopp 3,

    Add 1 chopp onion mix well and ready

    Dough: bowl me white flour 2cup, ghee 2tbsp, water se goondh lain

    Dough ko 20 mints k lye rest dain.phr bail kr ghee paste laga k folding krain

    Folding

    Phr bail kr Filling add krain or kachori ki shape dain corner to corner dough ko mila k.phr deep fry kr lain.
